hi, I'm in project, leds, and I have a battery of 7v 4A, and for these leds require a voltage of 5V and 4A, that use voltage regulator to go down to 5v and not lose amperage 4A, and low drop?

There is a voltage regulator, to the specifications mentioned?
then there is some risk in these leds rgb feed directly to 7v and 5A?

here, what kind of capacitor is?
