Hi.
I’m trying to make an mp3 player using a Vs1053B breakout board.
I’ve connected the board to uno as per adafruit tutorial, loaded the micro SD with two music files, and run the example code Simple.
The code uploads fine, and Serial Monitor recognises there are files there but no music is playing and it prints Done playing Music almost instantly.
Can anyone help?

Are you sure your mp3 tracks are encoded properly?
What about the microphone connection?
