Wake arduino by RTC do task and sleep

Hello

I am new to this. Need to wake up my arduino every 2 hours and should be awake for minimum 1 minute to do task and then it should go sleep.

I found some code on internet. can some one please guide me where i should make changes to wakeup arduino every 2 hours and slepp after 1 minute.
