Wanna know what this is?

I recently brought an electronics starter kit and an Arduino Uno. I received no documentation along with the kit, and am unable to identify this thing(see pics).
it has 102 AEC(G or C but I reckon it's C) printed over it. please help me know what it is

It looks like a capacitor. I think it's a 0.001uF ceramic cap.

Here are some instructions about inserting uploaded images.

Thanks, It does look like a capacitor. and also for info regarding image uploading

it is a blurry picture of a part that cannot be identified.

try changing settings or putting on a scanner

The value is coded just like with resistors, but numbers are used instead of colored rings. So "102" means:
"10" plus two additional zeroes, which is 1000. The unit is pF, so the capacitor has 1nF
