want to copy .bmp files from usb module to sd card module

Hi there ,
I am using ch376s usb module , i want to copy .bmp files from the pendrive to the sd card module via adruino mega 2560
how can i achieve high speeds in copying the file from usb to sd card ?
new to this one ,please help!!

I know nothing of that module, but a Google search for "ch376s usb module arduino" turns up over 100,000 pages including a library. Maybe useful information there.
