We seek to develop the hard / soft for a mesh network with telemetric IR sensors (range 20cm to 150cm).

The objective is to develop hard/soft systems of measures of nodes with a sensor ( such sharp ir telemetric ) batteries powererd. The mesh network consists of multiple of theses nodes measures and a master who receives theses informations from the network, and upload these datas on a dashboard.

If you are interested an NDA is required. The project is urgent ; it is to achieve as soon as possible .

Really? You make potential customers, investors, and suppliers sign non-disclosure agreements before you will sell to, or buy from, them?

There must be something more you can say about the project that would help generate interest.
