WANTED: programmer for hire. Willing to compensate for code.

newbie here looking for help. i have an arduino uno (running version 1.0.6 on windows 7) and have programmed an attiny 85 with the blink program.
I would like to output sine waves at various frequencies (100 hz, 200 hz, 300 hz.....) to be set by the user, perhaps using a pot with detents, toggle switches, etc.
I am not proficient at coding and require assistance. I am willing to compensate a programmer.

If you want to output sine waves you will need extra hardware. With Arduino only you can't, for example, output negative values.

The extra hardware might just be a capacitor though

What accuracy (in frequency, resolution and amplitude) and range of
frequencies ? If you want accurate frequencies you'll need an Arduino with
a quartz crystal, not a ceramic resonator like the current Uno uses.
