Please guys I really need assistance on how to make a water and hand sanitizer dispenser.
I have got an arduino, water pump(2pcs), Ir sensor, ultrasonic sensor, 12v dc motor, l298n Motor driver, capacitor, solar panel and 3.7v(4pcs) in place. Please how do I connect this to make my school project work properly step by step and what else do I need to add to this to make it work..please I need your help. Deadline is at hand already..i appreciate your feedback. Reply soon. Thanks

post your current sketch, the links of used hardware and the schematic.
No one is going to do your homework for you. Show that you've made an effort, and ask specific questions about the issues that you encounter.
Have you documented exactly how everything is supposed to work ?
Timing etc..?
Each piece you mentioned has good documentation on how to connect.
Connect the IR sensor get it to work.
Connect the pump.
Have it run when the IR sensor is activated.
You should be able to do these with a few searches online
