Water Flow Sensor with Ethernet Shield

Hey guys! I am wondering if there are any tutorials about the water flow sensor with ethernet shields out there. I tried using the wfs with arduino and it works completely fine but with ethernet shield i am not so sure how to do it. Also how will I make the output simply NO FLOW/WITH FLOW on the water flow sensor? thank you so much

You have two unrelated tasks.
There are tutorials on the web for setting up ethernet (use a Wiznet shield, it'll be much easier).
There are cheap flow meters on Ebay that can easily interface to the Arduino.

but with ethernet shield i am not so sure how to do it.

It? What is it that you can't do?

The ethernet shield is not some magic piece of hardware that you slap on and suddenly all the worlds ills are solved.

If you really want flow/no flow, I guess you need a flow switch. I just treat anything less than 0.5 l/min as no flow and you might find that suffices.
