Hello! I am from India, and I just learn about Arduino and wanted to know more about it. I want to propose water irrigation system at my uncle's farm. Though it is relatively small farm of about 150 sq. m of different type of flowers.
I have basic knowledge of C-language and how loop and condition works, But I do not have enough idea that what kind of Arduino device I should purchase?
Also, at someplace I have read that device also comes with some starter kit, but you have to buy it separately. If anyone can guide me that how can I go on with this project, please do.
Also, if you have any idea that what kind of additional device do i have to use in order to make it happen, then please add that too.
Plan:
What I was thinking of connecting Arduino with water supply and electricity; and start water irrigation on some specific time, for particular amount of time and it stops. Then restarts again at another specific time. Hence constant water supply will be there for flowers through out the day.
Please teach me, if I am missing any point.
