I suppose you are going to use the 4-20mA current output version.
Enter "4-20" in the search box on top of this page.
A 12volt supply and a resistor are needed.
The 12volt supply could also supply the Arduino.

in a septic system that costs about $10,000 a day to run, or maybe $10,000 an hour when out of commission. a $2,000 sensor that lasts for years is a cheap, DIRT CHEAP, solution.
a sensor that was guaranteed to last 5 years without maintenance could comman $25,000.
and it would be used, probably with a second as a redundant sensor.

Cable is waterproofing cable, say IP69 cable could easily cost more than $1/meter at OEM. plus it is not customer modifiable, need order sensor with correct cable length.
