Hi everyone, I have started a Kickerstarter fund raiser to start a project to create a water proof casing including a place for battery for MKR 1400 board so that in can be used by everyone in the field:
It will be great to have your assistance including a design for the board for a 3D print or similar to find a manufacturer in China for it.
If there is nothing special about the case they are readily available via mail order. A waterproof electrical enclosure would meet most of the code requirements you run into and provide mounting lugs. You can "pot" it with an appropriate substance such as foam or other potting compound to keep it stable. You have the hard part finished.
Can you please send me a link or image of the case? I need them to have a space for the battery.
