My project requires to compare signals from accelerometer and heart beat sensor.

  1. Can I compare these two signals on arduino?
  2. Please suggest me which arduino board to go for to interface both the accelerometer and the heart beat sensor and to compare.

I don't think you need to. I'm pretty sure they're different.

What characteristics do you want to compare? What do you already know? Do you have the specs for the two devices?

This probably isn't a job for the Arduino. Do you need something permanent & portable? Do you have the time to build the hardware & develop the software?

Maybe you need an oscilloscope?
