i'm looking to purchase a Wave Shield for Arduino. i have some size limitations and so far the smallest board i've come across has been: Adafruit Wave Shield for Arduino Kit [v1.1] : ID 94 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kitsif anyone has suggestions for smaller audio shields i would greatly appreciate it.
Try the "audio" section. They can tell you about tiny little modules that cost a quarter of that, require no "bulky library" and can even play mp3 files.
