It may work, but most likely it won't, or will not work correctly.
This may even relate to problems reported in this topic before.
And your Waveshare board may have this panel; you could report the inking on the flex connector.
I think I will order this display, and ask for additional free samples of other e-papers they have replaced.
Unfortunately this doesn't occur automatically, as I am not in constant contact with Good Display sales.
