I'm trying to connect this board to my PC however the serial port doesn't show up when I plug it in.
I'm using this cable: Amazon.co.uk
Your link shows the following: Based on the ESP32-WROOM-32 module, supports wireless communication such as WIFI, Bluetooth and ESP-NOW. What is your cable supposed to be doing? The link does not show any support for something with a cable.

I have now fixed this. The issue was I was missing a driver: CP210x USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers - Silicon Labs
I have the same board and initially encountered the same problem with drivers. The only problem I am now facing is that the windows driver does not appear to trigger the dtr pin on the CP2102A which is needed for the auto boot/reset circuitry to be used. Does it work in your case or do you still have to manually use the buttons on the board?
