We are not able to detect the installed plugin.

After installing the plug in I went to verify it since stuff still wasn't working, and I got the message, "We are not able to detect the installed plugin." Do I have to open and run it every time? Tried looking for someway to launch it but I didn't find any.

so you don't have the tray icon in the top or bottom bar of your desktop? What OS? Have you followed the Getting Started guide steps while installing the plugin?
