Hi all, need some advice/suggestion please.
I want to build a weather station, part of which will be located outdoors. The outdoor part will contain a small Arduino, perhaps a Pro Micro or maybe a ATtiny84, an RF link of some kind to the indoor part of the project, a battery of some description for power, and will be connected to wind direction and speed sensors.
It will also contain an SHT21 temp and humidity sensor module like this one, and this is the subject of my question.
I think I need to protect most of the circuit from moisture, but the humidity sensor needs to be more exposed so it can correctly measure the air. It also needs to be shaded of course. So I need something like a "Stevenson screen".
Can anyone suggest where I can buy or how I can easily construct a suitable "enclosure" at low cost? The sensor is tiny and is the only thing that needs to go in the housing.
Thanks,
Paul
