Web Editor access problem via chromebook

I am a middle school STEM teacher, and I cannot get into the web editor. Had no problems doing so several months ago, but trying to get ready for a spring course and this is a new problem for me.

I'm using a chromebook and instructions from " How to use the Web Editor with Chromebook" (link https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/360021251499), I can no longer reach the editor and have been getting the same message (below) for weeks -

It's just one of those days. We're doing our best to get things back up and running.

What does it mean? (concretely what is the behavior / What’s the error message?)

The message return is the following:
"It's just one of those days. We're doing our best to get things back up and running."

It has been the same message since mid-December. I can access the editor on a laptop, but I need to be able to do same on Chrome OS since my students are one-to-one with Chromebooks

Probably a question for a member of the arduino team.

Which version of the Chrome OS you are using (Settings > About Chrome OS)?

1.) Current Chrome OS version is: 76.0.3809.136 (official build) (64-bit)

2.) Yes I did also use the contact form - see below for the details
