web page size on cell phone

Hi All!!!

So my Arduino server is working great. However....My web page is contained in a table 400PX wide. On a PC this comes out looking fine. On my phone it shows up very small but I can enlarge it on the screen and then it looks fine. Is there any way to make it show up bigger when going to a cell phone?

This maybe an HTML question.
