Downloaded it twice now, and ran the check 3 times. Doesn't seem able to locate that I installed the web plugin, even though it appears in the taskbar and directs me to the website.
Is there a fix for this?
Do you have any active Firewall or Anti-virus? Have you accepted all the certificates?
Which browser ?
Have you tried to clear your browser cache ?
