WebClient Repeating - No Response After Displaying My IP ... [solved]

I'm not even getting the "connecting..." message in the Serial Monitor. I provide my arduino's IP proven successful in previous examples and a DNS IP by using "ipconfig /all" in the command prompt. What am I doing wrong? :.

ah I get it now. It says use an available IP, such as, one that is not already in use. I used ping 192.168.1.115 this time and I see the HTTP request repeating. 8)
