Webduino authentication and led control,help?

hello
i want to add 2 button in admin page to control led
i search entire Google and here but i couldn't find anything
and i'm a new to arduino ethernet sheild
so please help me?

tnx for the code but is doesn't work

but is doesn't work

In what way doesn't it work? Are we supposed to guess?

the button and radio button when i click it
the led doesn't switch on

Which pins are the leds connected to?
