Webserver Led Status

Hi,
I have the Ethernet Shield from Nuelectronics, i have the webserver demo running nicely, can someone give me a pointer of how i display the status of the Led on pin 13 on the webserver page please?

Or how i can turn the LED on or off via the webserver?
