Website buttons have disappeared

Since some days many website buttons have disappeared in my FireFox browser, e.g. buttons below each contribution or within the reply edit window. Hovering over a button makes the hint text appear, i.e. the buttons still are there only invisible.

What has changed, where should I look for possible adjustments?

My Linux Mint and Win11 Firefox work (no missing bits). Do you have a bandwidth saver addon? Dialup? (It still exists). Is this just Forum or www?

Problems occur with FF 113.0.2 on Mint.

No such problems with Vivaldi on Win8 but there all but the first entry are flagged as Solution. Had this problem already some time ago.

Edit: after some time the buttons are back on Mint but now all replies are flagged as Solution.

Do you see the replies in this topic all marked as solution?

It's working normal here, Win11 with FF 130.0 (64bit) on Win11 and FF115.14.0esr (32 bit) on antiX Linux 23.1.

I can't really hep.

  • Did you look at the Firefox addons that you might have installed (e.g. adblock plus or noscript)?
  • Did you try to clear the cache and cookies?

Yes.

I cannot get a newer FF version on Mint and I have no ads installed. I'll try to clear the cache and cookies as soon as I know how to do that. For now I'll restart FF and look again.
