I need a sensor for weight.
I need to measuring the weight of a object which are attached to a wire. (see attached weight sensor.png)
Any ideas about which sensor there can do that??
Could a strain gauge do the job? (see atachment strain gauge.png)

The weight range are between 0-0.5 Kg

You're looking for a "load cell". You will also need an amplifier to go with it; I'd recommend an HX711 module for ease of use. There are multiple libraries available for working with the HX711.
