Weird: Pro Mini sometimes won't start after uploading with an USBasp programmer

Can you suggest me an 3.3V USBasp dongle with updated software?
I will buy it and make a comparison of the results.

P.S. I do not have a second USBasp programmer as suggested at the beginning of the post.
