After investigating in the "MiniCore" directory located under my home folder, I have found the file "board.txt" containing the settings for all of the supported boards:
.arduino15/packages/MiniCore/hardware/avr/2.0.0/board.txt
Line from #141 to #248 contains the settings for the fuse bits. But I have not necessary background about the Atmel processor to decide if the values are correct or not...
