I miss the complete power supply to the WeMOS.
I miss a connection on the other side of that AAA battery (which itself does not match what you claim to have).
Why don't you draw a complete diagram (an actual schematic drawing, which includes actual values, not such a Fritzy thing as they're usually not readable nor a representation of reality) of your complete circuit.
