Wemos TTgo esp32 Uno R32

I have installed the librairie for esp32, and the compil is ok: no errors , and the serial monitor run at 115200 bds, it also ok, but when i trie to send / televerse the program, it displays points/others and after a timeout, "there is an error during the transfert of program"
What ??
(at reset, the board display this: is it normal ?? with no program sent, new board

Would probably get better response on a forum dedicated to the esp32 for arduino - i think there's a forum associated with the hardware package you're using? If not, google should find the place.

We have some people using the esp's here, but most of the esp people appear to be somewhere else.
