What arduino components do I need?

Hey everyone, I'm working with someone on building an anti-gravity medical sleep support bed. We're using Arduino software to operate it but I don't know what components I'll need to operate it. This is very important so I need EVERYTHING that will be needed. Currently, we're using 4 rack and pinions, 1 stepper motor with a gearbox, and 1 linear actuator. I know I'll need an Arduino UNO, but what else will I need?! I need to be able to operate the speed of it and I need to somehow get digital data from it as well and for it to be fully safe. I saw some videos that I might need a PWM or potentiometer or Arduino shield. But I need to know EXACTLY what I need. Please help! Also, feel free to call me @702-931-7382.

This information is all but useless without the electrical specs for all these items.
That's like saying "I need a car, what size tires should I buy ?"

Post a list of these items with links to the vendors or datasheets or a list of the electrical specifications.

Any support devices required to drive these can only be selected when that the specs is known.

We need to know exactly what you have. Data sheets and schematics at a minimum.

Your list of parts is vague and your requirements are non existent.

Cross posted again.

I've deleted/merged your other cross-post(s) @immanuelj0727.

Cross posting is against the rules of the forum. The reason is that duplicate posts can waste the time of the people trying to help. Someone might spend 15 minutes (or more) writing a detailed answer on this topic, without knowing that someone else already did the same in the other topic.

Repeated cross posting will result in a suspension from the forum.

In the future, please take some time to pick the forum board that best suits the topic of your question and then only post once to that forum board. This is basic forum etiquette, as explained in the sticky "How to use this forum - please read." post you will find at the top of every forum board. It contains a lot of other useful information. Please read it.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

And the OP still cross posted after saying he had read the rules so is on a 7 day holiday.

It doesn't matter what it is, I just need help with what I put on my post. I recently learned about the rules for the thread and I am very new to this. However, this is a new post

However it had a similar title and contents so clearly he did NOT read the rules.
