What Arduino should I use for a Drone

Its taken a long time for you to tell us what would have been helpful information to include in your first post.

There are many Arduinos that are able to drive that number of servos\escs.

Real question is can a standard Arduino run a program for such a drone fast enough, and indeed do the ESCs respond fast enough, I recall that some ESCs need modified firmware for 'drone' use.

You really need specialist advice from someone exeprienced in building such complex drones, I would not assume you can just stick any old parts together and expect it to work.

A drone that needs 12 of those motors almost certainly needs approval from Aviation Regulators before it would be allowed to fly. One of those motors on its own has the power to kill someone.

I doubt if approval will be given for a DIY project where the chief designer knows as little as the OP appears to know.
