What are the four resistors (RN2B 22R. RN2C 22R, RN3C 1K, RN1A 10k, RN1D 10K) for ?

I am looking to embed an Arduino mega into a PCB for a project that I am developing and I would like to know if these unconnected resistors have any use.

No, they don't have a use. They are part of a resistor array.

E.g. RN2A and RN2D in an array with 4 resistors are used, the others (RN2B and RN2C) are not used.

As sterretje pointed out, the resistors in question are the unused parts of resistor arrays.

It is more cost effective to fit just one resistor array than fitting several discrete resistors, even if the whole of the resistor array isn't used.

It is similar to having unused gates in a logic IC.

Don't assume that any schematic you find on the internet is correct.
You should read and understand the datasheets for each component you use, even the resistors and capacitors.
