What are these pins in the red rectangle? They look identical to the ICSP pins in the middle far right, but I'm not sure what they are. Thanks!

ICSP pins for programming the ATmega16U2 for other USB interface functions.

The little black square below it is a whole other Arduino!

It normally does USB->serial conversion but you can reprogram it with those pins.
