What cable do I need?

jjggag:
I used to connect the XM10e to the arduino but now I'd like to connect it directly to the computer.
I know that the question is not directly related to arduino, but if someone could help would be great.

do you think I could use the RTS pin, for Zero crossing?
Cause for example I found this on ebay: []http://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-to-TTL-UART-Adapter-Converter-DragonOSD-with-Cable-and-Driver-Programming-/400282923242?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_2&hash=item5d32b8b0ea#ht_4884wt_932"]](http://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-to-TTL-UART-Adapter-Converter-DragonOSD-with-Cable-and-Driver-Programming-/400282923242?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_2&hash=item5d32b8b0ea#ht_4884wt_932") and it has RTS pin, but I wasnt sure if it is what I need.

Thank you a lot

No, that is not a RTS pin, it's a RST pin, which is an input to reset the module which almost no one ever needs or uses.

However there are USB serial converter modules that do have most of the standard serial control signs (but at TTL voltage levels) Note the signal names on the back of the module way down on the listing, those solder pads give access to the signals. http://www.ebay.com/itm/370532286388?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
