What can i do if i want to perform any task in the parking by detecting the cars presence from its inside inbuilt bluetooth?
This will work only with cars with plastic bodies. Bluetooth will not penetrate metal car bodies.

First, determine whether you can detect the bluetooth signal. Bluetooth "sniffers" are available.

This is about informative as how many fish are in the pond down the road. There are mechanical, physical and electronic constraints on Bluetooth. Define these boundaries and how many cars are involved and what to do if the car does not support Bluetooth?
MY car's Bluetooth is only operational when the engine is running. Are the cars you want to detect also that way?
You could perhaps start by erecting a sign at the entrance to the parking, requiring drivers to leave the engine running, thereby keeping Bluetooth on. This would be quite useful if one of your tasks is stealing the car.

Very true. It will also not penetrate carbon fiber bodies like on my electric car.
Let's face it @29mihir your idea is not going to work in any way.
