Awhile back someone hired me (on the #community:jobs forum), and they happily payed the downpayment. I had to send them the code to test (in retrospect that wasn't smart), and I haven't heard from them since. This happened two months ago. I wanted to leave it awhile in case something came up, but they won't answer my emails, my forum PMs, or pay their bill (which I sent them as an invoice) now. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do? Should I name and shame them, or is that not allowed?
