Greetings to all,
I bought few ATmega 16 ICs , where i found different numbers on them like
ATmega 16A PU 1545,
ATmega 16L 8PU 1508,
ATmega 16A PU 1537,
ATmega 16L 8PU 1021
I manage to find difference between 16,16A and 16 L from datasheet, what does the last 4 digit stands for??
Hi,
It's proberly the date it was manufactured and a batch number, etc....
Regards
Mel.
Usually the last two digits of the year of manufacture, followed by week number.

YYMM date codes, ie 1545 == 2015 week 45, etc.
