What hardware do I need to buy to make my iphones reset after freezing?

I have an iphone 3gs. I need to be able to hard reset it when I'm nowhere near it. The way I do this is by holding the power and home button down for 10 seconds, release and then hold down the power button for 2 seconds and release. I don't mind disassembling the phone and soldering points to the metal under the buttons but I am unsure of what arduino hardware I would need to do this.

If I could get something to pinch the button until I told Arduino to release that would be ideal.

You could use a solonoide or servo motor to physically press the button.
Or an opto isolator to do it with wires.
