If I remove Arduino's Atmega328 IC and build the same circuitry on the breadboard by using 16MHz crystal and other components (that we can use to make arduino uno on breadboard), will it work as same as before? P.S. I have already uploaded the sketch.

If you do buy a pro mini from Ebay, there is a 168 and 328 version, get the 328.
