Just connect the signal wire to an Arduino I/O pin and the signal GND wire to the Arduino GND. You may or may not need to connect the third wire in the servo connector to the Arduino 5v pin. Try it first without connecting it.You will almost certainly need to program your Arduino to go through the arming sequence required by the ESC - it will be described in the user manual.
