I can't figure out the connections from a picture of the hardware. The only reliable way to provide connection details is with a schematic drawing. A photo of a simple pencil drawing will be fine.
Without any user manual you are going to have to experiment to figure out the arming process, or even to figure if an arming process is required. I believe some of them require the throttle to be moved to 0, then to max and then back to 0.
