What is the best Strain Gauge Amplifier for reading torque sensor value/ Arduino

I have a strain gauge amplifier TYPE3126, pretty much bigger, need AC input 100 V for measuring my Torque sensor voltage. However this amplifier is bigger in size and need AC input.

Is there any amplifier I can use for my Arduino, no need AC input and smaller?

There is so many in the internet and I am pretty much confused which one is good.

Giving the type numbers is more useful. A link to the data sheet of the specific sensor you use is even better.

The transducer is TQR-600NF65M3. It belongs to Nikkei company.
