What is the difference between a Bluetooth jdy-16 module and an hc-05 module?

I have a Bluetooth module jdy-16 and I can not connect to it through the applications. Why? All the applications that support the hc-05/6 module do not support jdy-16? How can I control this component? I notice that most of the time this component is not at all Absorbed in devices in the area .. What to do?

From what I can find the Bluetooth module jdy-16 is a BLE device. HC05 is classic Bluetooth.
