What is the largest graphical LCD for which there is a library?

What if I want a large LCD to use for images or what ever. I have a 3.2inch 320x240 LCD but I want larger (display).

And I am 100% sure I don't want write a library for it myself.

Get a 7" TFT and use the UTFT library.

Or get a Raspberry Pi and a very large TV.

Sure, but which LCD. They are not all UTFT compatible, aren't they?

This one works with the UTFT library.

With this adapter shield:

what do you mean with larger?

  • size of the screen
  • the amount of pixels
  • both

If you know a good large display, with library support, then please tell us.

Thank you. This is quite large but costs 60$ + adapter. Are there any cheaper?

Of course there are cheaper LCD's out there but they're smaller than 7"

The most common LCD sizes above 3.2 are: 4.3, 5.0 and 7.0.

Once you get above 3.2", the average cost is approximately $10 per inch. If you already have a seperate shield between your Arduino and the 3.2" lcd, it should work for the sizes I listed as they all can be purchased with the common format 40 pin connector.

Next thing you'll be asking is if your Uno be able to handle the higher pixel count
