What is the lowest power ESP in sleep mode

Hi I have a project that runs on batteries, it wakes every 5 mins and connects to WiFi as quick as possible sends data and goes back to sleep for another 5 minutes and keeps doing this routine until battery runs out. It will run on AAA batteries for about 30 days.

It uses a ESP-01 which does use very little current in sleep, this was designed 3 years ago.

I am wondering are there any new modules that still use little current in sleep,
( Ideally with USB socket for ease of initial programming, but I suspect that this will use much more current in sleep ? )

Possibly ESP S2 Mini V1.0.0 or ESP32-C3 ?

Any thoughts or suggestions welcome

Thanks
