What is the meaning behind naming convention of RS Motor?

Other than performance difference how do I differentiate between RS Motors? How do I understand one motor is RS 550 and one is RS 775? Does the naming number create any relation to the motors characteristics? Like does it relate to the motor diameter or maybe the length of the motor?

Read the manufacturer's data sheet that should explain it clearly. Different manufacturers may use different conventions.

OR, perhaps the identification is from the seller, not the manufacturer, which could be any number of different manufacturers.

Also be aware that a lot of Chinese sellers also use those numbers but they may not relate to the same motor.

Thanks everyone
