What is the meaning of these warnings?

After compiling a scketch for Arduino Nano 33 IoT, the following warnings have benn generated.

Could these warnings affect the run time code?

Sketch uses 33416 bytes (12%) of program storage space. Maximum is 262144 bytes.

Generally warnings can be ignored.

That said they could indicate that the correct libraries or resources are not being used or optomised.
It is often better if you can eliminate the errors themselves.

Checking your sketch is the first step to make sure you are not calling something that may be meant for a different architecture or function.
