I seriously doubt that. Reverse voltage perhaps, otherwise you need at least 2000V to make sure the bridge conducts!

If the a.c. is the sine wave it should be, then the peak voltage is 230 x sqrt(2) which is 325V. Call that 320V for round numbers, and to allow a small drop across the diodes and LED. So 320V is dropped across two 30k resistors. By Ohm's Law this is 320V/60k = 5.3mA.
