What is the Vmax into ADC on Giga R1 Wifi board?

The Arduino Giga R1 Wifi is a 3.3 volt system... that said...

1 - Can the ADC pins on the board convert voltages larger than 3.3 volts?

2 - If not what is the best method for voltages ranging up to12 volts or greater?

3 - Add a couple of resistors to create a voltage divider and scale the input voltage down?

4 - Or what?
